Now, you have official help, no matter where you are. Shake the phone to get your first choice. Like a slot machine, the app will settle on your “win”, and give you some basic information about it. You will be told in what town the restaurant is located and what kind of food it offers. You’ll also be given dollar signs to indicate how expensive (or inexpensive) the restaurant is (one $ and it’s cheap while four $ might mean you need to have a good bit of cash for your meal).  You can browse the top restaurants in your area, and use your Facebook account to invite friends to share their picks with you. You can even send a Twitter message to share your choice of restaurant. This tool is one that defines what a smartphone can be. You can save time, money and avoid a bad dinner. Few apps are more useful than that.
